Image SESSIONS
Sessions can be done on location either at a place that is special to you or at a convenient park.
In some cases, permission will need to be obtained prior to confirming the location. I will create images that capture the spirit and relationships in your family. Expect to have fun! These casual, relaxed images will make you smile each time you enter the room. Remember, this is art that showcases your life.
Family IMAGEs - $300 image Reservation fee
The family foto shoot is a group portrait session for your family (up to 8 people). The image reservation fee holds your appointment. If the session goes beyond 1.5 hours or is more than 30 minutes from Paradise Valley Mall, additional charges may apply.
Individual Portraits - $275 image Reservation fee
This is great way to document a special time in an individual’s life (think birthdays or graduations…). This package includes a 1-hour session. If the session goes beyond 1 hour or is more than 30 minutes from Paradise Valley Mall, additional charges may apply.
Events
Consider event photography for birthday parties, baby showers, reunions, family gatherings, sporting events, play dates, lessons (music, sports…) or anything you want to remember but where you don’t want the distraction of taking the photos yourself.
I also photograph corporate events and teams. Rates start at $150 per hour.
Your Life: Today
Want to document a typical day in your life? I will spend the bulk of a day with you documenting the things that are typical and important to you – your family, pets, home, activities… We will need to have a consultation prior to the day of the shoot to make sure I know what is important to you. In the end, you can choose a portrait package, a book, the digital files, or a storyboard to tell your story. Call for details. Pricing varies, but will be determined at our consultation.
Your Life: This Week
Want to document a typical week in your life? I will spend the at least an hour a day with you for an entire week documenting the things that are typical and important to you – your family, pets, home, jobs, daily travels, activities… We will need to have a consultation prior to the shoot to make sure I know what is important to you. I will provide a journaling list for you to fill out each day. We will plan in advance what you want to have photographed. In the end, you will have a custom photo book filled with quality pictures that document your daily routine and the things that are most important to you THIS WEEK. Imagine doing this every year and looking back at how your life changes over time. Packages start at $1,500.

Additional items like purses, jewelry, calendars, story boards, greeting cards… are available upon request. Pricing varies. See my blog at http://bymelinda.blogspot.com for more information.
Digital files:
If you want digital files of the images for the prints you purchase, I will provide a CD of the images sized to print at 4x6 or smaller. You will have the rights to print the images yourself. Cost $150. You cannot apply the image reservation fee toward the cost of digital files.
Commercial/Advertising Agencies:
Call for commercial pricing. I have reasonable day rates, and will provide unlimited usage as long as I retain usage rights for my portfolio.
Payment Terms: Prices posted do not include sales tax which will be calculated once the total amount is determined.
